Easy Gluten Free Biscuits

A quick and easy gluten free biscuit recipe full of flavor.

Whisk together all dry ingredients. Set aside.

Add in heavy cream. Stir well. Switch to mixing with your hands. Mix dough into a ball. Place flour onto a clean, dry surface. Place ball of dough onto flour and knead approximately two minutes.

Roll out dough to about 1 inch thick. I used my ravioli cutter to cut the biscuits. Place biscuits onto parchment paper sprayed lightly with olive oil.

Place biscuits into a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake approximately 30 minutes. Allow to cool at least 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.


Ingredients:

1 cup gluten free measure for measure flour

1/2 cup tapioca flour

1 teaspoon xanthan gum

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup heavy cream, plus more if too dry
