Gluten Free Air Fried Bananas


A delicious, not too sweet, chocolaty banana dessert that is similar to a pudding.

Peel two not too ripe bananas. Cut almost in half lengthwise. (see video)

Melt butter in microwave. Add cinnamon, sugar and vanilla to butter and combine well. (see video)

Brush mixture into center of bananas and then lightly all around bananas. (see video)


Spray air fryer with olive oil. Place bananas into air fryer basked. Add chocolate chips to the center of the bananas. (see video)

Set air fryer to 350 and cook approximately 10 minutes or until the chocolate melts. Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with a very little bit of sea salt. (see video)

Bananas are soft and blend well with the melted chocolate. It's almost like a pudding.


Serve and enjoy.


Ingredients:

2 bananas - not too ripe

2 tablespoons butter - melted

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon vanilla

olive oil for spraying air fryer

gluten free chocolate chips - I used Enjoy Life brand

sea salt
