An easy, delicious, nutritious roasted cauliflower dish.

Wash and chop your cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Brush some olive oil on the baking pan. (see video)
Shake Annie's dressing bottles well. Combine French and Honey Mustard and mix together well. Drizzle over cauliflower. (see video)

Stir the cauliflower well until it's fully coated on all sides. Place into a preheated 375 degree oven and roast until a fork goes through easily. If you prefer softer vegetables, cook a little more. Stir at least once during the roasting process. (see video)
Allow to cool slightly. Serve and enjoy.
I had mine with spinach, (click green link for spinach recipe), chickpeas drizzled with Annie's Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing and a baked potato. A slice of homemade Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread with butter on the side completes the meal.
