Gluten Free Balsamic Breaded Cauliflower

My grandmother used to make breaded cauliflower especially on holidays like Easter!

An easy yet delicious way to make cauliflower. Crunchy, tasty and full of flavor.

Wash, dry and cut your cauliflower into similar sized pieces so they cook evenly. Pour Annie's gluten free Balsamic Vinaigrette into a bowl. Dip cauliflower into dressing until coated on all sides.

Check out my recipe for Gluten Free No Yeast Pita Bread.

Pour gluten free 4C plain breadcrumbs into a bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder and dried parsley to taste. Mix well. Place the cauliflower from the dressing into the breadcrumbs and make sure the cauliflower is coated on all sides.

Place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper that has been lightly sprayed with olive oil.

Once all your cauliflower is laid out, spray it lightly with olive oil from a distance. You don't want to make all the breadcrumb come off. Place tray into a preheated 425 degree oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Test cauliflower with a fork and cook until desired tenderness. Broil for about 2 minutes to help brown the breadcrumbs. Be sure to watch it as you don't want to burn it.

Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients:

Fresh cauliflower

Annie's gluten free Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

Gluten free breadcrumbs (I prefer plain and to season myself)

Garlic powder to taste

Onion powder to taste

Parsley flakes to taste

Olive oil
