A quick, easy, delicious meal for lunch or dinner.

Is there anyone out there who doesn't like pasta? Just make sure you eat this meal with your partner. Equal amounts of garlic make things fair!

Bring a pot of well salted water to a boil. Cook pasta to desired texture. I prefer al dente.
Add oil to your skillet and heat on medium. When the oil is hot, add your chopped garlic. As the garlic is cooking, add your butter. Allow garlic to brown slightly. (See video)
Take some of the starchy water from the pasta and add into the garlic and butter sauce. Drain pasta and add to the sauce. Stir to thoroughly coat pasta with sauce then remove from pan and place into a service bowl. Add parsley and cheese. (see video)

Gluten Free Spaghetti (I used Tinkyada organic gluten free brown rice)
Olive oil
Butter
Salt
Garlic cloves
Parsley
Parmesan cheese
