Gluten Free Bundt Pan Cheese Lasagna aka Lasagna Ring

Updated: Sep 5

An easy lasagna to make. Fun to serve. Family and guests will love it. Creamy and delicious.

Prepare your sauce. I prefer my own homemade sauce. For sauce recipe, click link. Or, if I have leftover homemade sauce in the fridge or frozen, I will use that. You can also use your favorite jarred sauce. If you are making your own sauce, put that up first, so it can simmer while you are preparing the rest of the meal.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in lasagna noodles. Cook about 3 minutes less than recommended time. They will cook more in the oven. Strain and immediately rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. I hang my noodles over the side of the colander to cool and so that they don't stick.

Prepare bundt pan by spraying bottom, sides and middle with olive oil.

Place lasagna noodles into the bundt pan so that the bottom of the pan is covered and the noodles hang over the edge. Place a thin layer of sauce over the noodles. Then add a layer of mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and some small pieced of lasagna noodles in the center. Repeat the layering one more time with only the sauce and cheeses. Fold the lasagna noodles into the pan gently. Spray top with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Watch video below to see procedure.

Place the lasagna into a 350 degree preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool 30 minutes to one hour.

When bundt pan is still slightly warm run a butter knife gently around the edges and the tube of the bundt pan. Take a plate that is bigger than the bundt pan and place it over the top. Flip the pan upside down onto the plate and slowly pull it up off the lasagna.

Cut lasagna and serve. If desired, add some extra sauce on top. Enjoy.
