Gluten Free Cheesy Garlic Buns


Want to enhance buns to serve at dinner? Make gluten free cheesy garlic buns!

Made from Gluten Free No Yeast Soft Buns.

Place buns onto a baking tin lined with parchment paper lightly sprayed with olive oil. Cut a cross into the top of the buns. Set aside.

Melt butter. Combine with garlic, parsley and salt. Mix together well.

In a second bowl add sugar, heavy cream and cream cheese and whisk together.


Place cream cheese mixture into the center (cross) of the buns. Next brush or drip garlic mixture generously on top of buns.

Place into a 400 degree preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Remove. Add shredded mozzarella on top. Place back into the oven and bake about 2 more minutes until cheese is melted.

Remove from oven. Serve warm.


Ingredients:

Gluten free buns - see recipe

1 stick of butter - melted

1/2 cup cream cheese at room temperature - see recipe for homemade gluten free cream cheese

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons parsley

shredded mozzarella

olive oil for spraying
