In a large mug, mix your flour, salt, sugar and cocoa. (see video above)

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Pour in milk and oil, then add vanilla. (see video)

Mix everything together well. Microwave for 1 minute. Every microwave is different (you may have to add time a little at a time). (see video)

The cake should be soft and slightly gooey. It should be eaten immediately after cooking. Just be careful, it's hot, so let spoonfuls cool just a bit as you don't want to burn yourself.

If desired, you can top with fruit or whipped cream. Ingredients: 1/2 cup gluten free flour

1/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp cocoa

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

4 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon salt (fruit of your choice or whipped cream) Used as topping if desired
