A delicious sauce that is very versatile. You can use it with the gluten free air fried potato croquettes, as a pasta sauce, as a dip for vegetables, on top of a gluten free focaccia and much more. Don't forget to try my Gluten Free Greek Yogurt Sauce as well.

Mix together your dry ingredients. I used, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, oregano, salt and Sazon. Set aside. (see video)
Mince your fresh garlic. Set aside.
Melt butter in a frying pan. On medium heat, add minced garlic and cook until aromatic. Add gluten free flour and cook well, stirring constantly. (see video)
Add bowl of blended seasonings and mix well. (see video)
Pour in heavy cream and stir until well combined and smooth. Lower heat. Pour in milk and stir well. (see video)
Add three cheese blend and mix well.
If sauce is too dry, add more milk a little at a time. Switch to a whisk and blend until sauce is smooth. (see video)
I used over my gluten free air fried potato croquettes. Use as you choose and enjoy.
Update: I used this garlic sauce in my penne and broccoli that I made yesterday for Father's Day. Everyone loved it.

2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons gluten free flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
BelGioioso three blend cheese - asiago, parmesan, romano
