I'm allergic to gluten, nuts, soy, corn and eggs, so the hot chocolate doesn't contain any of those ingredients. If I were to choose toppings, I'd not only check for gluten, but all the other ingredients as well. I can't put mini marshmallows unless I check the brand as many have corn syrup in their product. So read all labels.

Creamy, rich, smooth, chocolaty goodness like you've never tasted before. See below for an Adults Only version:
My camera's batteries died so I had to switch to my cell phone to video tape. I did add sugar, it's just not shown in the video.
Add milk to crockpot. Plop in cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla, condensed milk and heavy whipping cream, Stir. (see video)

Place lid on the Crockpot - I used my Instant pot set on slow cook - and cook on medium for two hours, stirring occasionally. (see video)
Serve immediately or transfer hot chocolate to an insulated server. Or, keep the Instant pot on the warm setting and serve when desired.

Friday night is pizza night at our house - see my post Homemade Gluten Free Pizza Dough No Yeast for more on that and how to make your own gluten free pizza dough.
Everyone was here, so I brought in the hot chocolate for them all to taste. My husband, son, two sisters, nephew and brother-in-law all had some and they all liked it!

I packed some up in a Chinese Food soup container for my sister to take home. I did the same with the leftover and refrigerated it in my fridge to be heated up another day.
