Strain chickpeas over a bowl to catch the liquid aka aquafaba. Rinse chickpeas under cool water and allow to drain a few minutes.
Place chickpeas into a food processor. I did mine in batches since mine is small. Add in all ingredients.
Cover food processor and blend until smooth. If necessary add a small amount of olive oil and/or water. I added both. Serve as a dip or put onto pita bread when you make a pita sandwich like I did topped with gluten free Greek yogurt sauce.

1 15 oz chickpeas drained over a bowl to catch liquid aka aquafaba
2 tablespoons aquafaba
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 packet Sazon by Goya
Olive oil if needed
Water if needed
