This can be eaten as a dessert and also as a breakfast dish. Absolutely delicious.

Wash and cube your apples. Add apples and water to the Instant Pot. Seal the instant pot. Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes. (see video)

In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown rice flakes, peach juice, sugar and cinnamon.
Add in drained peaches then drop the brown rice mixture by the spoonful on top of apples and peaches. (see video)
Seal the instant pot. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes. Release pressure, open pot and spoon into a serving dish.
Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon and some sea salt. Mix and serve warm. (see video)

2 apples cut into chunks
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup brown rice flakes
2 tablespoons butter melted
2 tablespoon peach juice drained from peaches -Dole
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
peaches - Dole
sea salt - pinch
