Wash, chop and steam broccoli until just tender. If you don't have a steamer, boil.

Make your dough while broccoli is cooking. I used my Gluten Free Focaccia dough. Once made, roll dough into a ball. Cut in half then cut into four pieces. Place three pieces back into the bowl and cover with a clean towel.
Sprinkle some tapioca flour onto a clean dry surface. Coat top and bottom of ball of dough and roll out with a rolling pin making dough fairly thin. With a knife, cut dough into a square and place the pieces cut off into the covered bowl. Do this with all four pieces, one at a time, after stuffing the first bread, and then combine all the cut scraps and make the fifth bread.
Mince your garlic and set aside. Spray dough lightly with olive oil and brush to make sure all the dough is evenly coated. Place some broccoli - or any vegetable of your choice - into the center of the dough. Add some minced garlic. Season with a little bit of oregano and basil or any seasoning of your choice. Add salt. If you would like, you could top broccoli and garlic with any cheese you desire.
Using a spatula or any tool you have, gently loosen the dough on the bottom so it doesn't stick to the table/countertop. Place one corner of the dough over the vegetable and continue until all three corners are situated. Place stuffed bread onto a tray lined with parchment paper and sprayed lightly with olive oil. Place remaining garlic on top. Gently drip melted butter on top of garlic coating garlic and bread.
Place into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool about 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.

8 Garlic cloves - minced
Oregano to taste
Basil to taste
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon butter - melted
Cheese - optional - any cheese of your choice - mozzarella, parmesan, feta, etc.
