Gluten Free Pasta Bake


A quick, easy, inexpensive meal during the busy holiday season. Comes together in minutes.

Spray your pan with olive oil and brush to coat bottom and sides well. Add your package of uncooked pasta and spread evenly.

Pour in broth and diced tomatoes. Stir well. Even out in pan.

Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano and salt to taste. Stir well and even out in pan.

Add mozzarella on top. Space fairly evenly over the pasta.

Wrap tightly with tinfoil. Place into a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake approximately 25 minutes. Check to see if pasta is cooked. If necessary, bake at 5 minute intervals, checking pasta until desired tenderness. I prefer al dente.

Remove from oven and uncover. Allow to set for approximately 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.


Ingredients:

Gluten free pasta - I prefer Tinkyada brand - 1 package

Olive oil

2 cups vegetable stock - gluten free

1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes

Garlic powder to taste - McCormick is generally gluten free unless otherwise noted.

Onion powder to taste - McCormick is generally gluten free unless otherwise noted.

Dried basil to taste - McCormick is generally gluten free unless otherwise noted.

Dried oregano to taste - McCormick is generally gluten free unless otherwise noted.

Salt

Fresh mozzarella
