A fun appetizer to serve to family and friends at your next gathering. The gluten free pizza dip is sweet and slightly tangy and goes well with homemade gluten free breadsticks. Your mouth will be having its own party!

To Make the Gluten Free Pizza Dip:

Pour sauce into a bowl big enough to stir sauce in without it overflowing. Cut cheeses into small cubes. Add cheese and seasonings to sauce. Stir well. Add ricotta cheese. Stir again. Place bowl into microwave and heat about 8 - 10 minutes until very hot. Stir well. If cheeses aren't completely melted, heat 1 minute more at a time until they are.

Set aside. You can heat up again later or serve room temperature.

Thank You! A hearty thank you to all those who have followed me on my social media sites and my website. Please share with friends and family who will benefit from my blog.

To Make the Homemade Gluten Free Breadsticks:

I used the dough recipe for Gluten Free No Yeast Focaccia.

Roll dough into a ball. Cut into even parts. Take a small amount of dough and wet both your palms slightly with water. Roll dough into a ball then between your palms until it rolls into a stick. Once shape is forming, continue rolling dough on a clean, dry, floured surface. Try to make all breadsticks approximately the same size so they will cook evenly.

Place breadsticks onto a tin pan lined with parchment paper sprayed with olive oil. Spray breadsticks generously with olive oil.

Place breadsticks into a preheated 425 degree oven. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Spray with more olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder. Place back into the oven and bake another 5 - 10 minutes.

You can serve on a platter and in a large bowl for a group of people. I served individually on a plate with a small amount of sauce. Dip and enjoy.
