I was asked to bring potatoes to my daughter's house for a dinner party. I chose roasted potatoes, onions and peas (made gluten free by not using products with Gluten - McCormick seasonings)

Scrub your potatoes under cool water. Be sure to have a large roasting pan ready with some cool water coating the bottom. Once your potatoes are clean, chop them into bite sized pieces and place into the roasting pan. (see video)

Chop garlic and add to the potatoes. (see video)

Peel and slice onions. Add to the pan. (see video)

Add salt and some olive oil to the potatoes. Stir well. (see video)
Cover roasting pan with tinfoil and place into a preheated 375 degree oven. Roast for at least 45 minutes. Stir at least once during the cooking process. (see video)
About 20 minutes before the roasting is done, uncover the potatoes and add in frozen peas. Sprinkle some onion powder, garlic powder and dried oregano. Stir well, cover with foil again and continue cooking.
I was rushing and forgot to take pictures and/or film some of the process. I was bringing the dish to my daughter's house for a dinner party.
Remove tinfoil and teste potatoes. When they are soft (a fork goes through easily) cook for a few more minutes uncovered until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy!
