Pasta enhances many meals and added to soups is both filling and delicious. I love to break up spaghetti and add it to lentil soup. I add elbows to vegetable soup and penne to red vegetable soup. On a really cold day, nothing beats a tasty lasagna soup to warm the heart and soul. Visit my Soup category for amazing soups for the coming winter months.
Speaking of lasagna, I make it so many different ways. Traditional is always delicious. If I'm in a hurry, crockpot lasagna is quick and easy and then there's a delicious, nutritious vegetable lasagna
