The holidays are a special time. I hate to see anyone feel they can't be included for any reason.
I just want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. May it be happy, healthy and fun! Enjoy your family and friends or friends who became family and remember, if you meet someone who has nowhere to go, invite them. We've always done that.
I hope I've helped others who have restricted diets. I hope I've helped those who have found themselves in a dark place (see Life Stories and Inspiration)
At one time, especially on holidays, I felt cheated, left out and like I couldn't have special meals and treats. I had to learn new tricks. Once I did, I realized, you can teach an old cook new tricks and I don't have to feel cheated, left out or not eat a special meal or treat.

I have many more recipes that you will enjoy. If you or anyone you know has a restricted diet, feel free to share, sign up for my blog, follow me on social media and YouTube.
