It's the holiday season and we are all extra busy. Here are some of my quick and easy recipes to make life easier. Some are inexpensive to boot! An extra bonus.

This is a quick, easy, inexpensive meal that comes out perfect. It's a creamy, tangy, bowl of deliciousness. Beans can be added for protein or meat for the meat lovers. For recipe click green link.
Homemade Gluten Free Pizza Dough No Yeast

A delicious dough that doesn't have to rise. Dress with toppings of your choice. Anything goes. Recipe.
Gluten Free Pea Soup

This doesn't require a lot of ingredients. Prep time is minimal. While soup is cooking (approximately 45 minutes) you can do other chores. Just remember to stir every so often. You can add gluten free pasta and cubed ham, if you eat meat, and you have a one pot meal. Gluten free croutons complete the dish. Recipe. Gluten Free Banana Bread

A delicious, soft yet sturdy bread. A favorite at barbecues, dinner parties and holidays. This bread was so delicious, I doubled the recipe and made more in my Bundt pan. For a treat, add gluten free chocolate chips! Recipe.
Little Ball of Sunshine

We are all extra busy. Shopping for gifts (hours online or in stores) traffic jams, wrapping, shopping for food, cooking, baking, and much more. There's holiday shows at schools, holiday parties to attend through work, family and friends, It can all be overwhelming, exhausting and grate on our patience. It's easy to be cranky.
